I understand that 180 strides per minute is the most efficient rate to run at but I find my stride rate dropping when I dont think about it
Does anyone know where I can get a download of a 180BPM (or even 90BPM) kind of beeping track that I can stick in my iPod to practice training to?
Alternatively, is there an easy way I can make a track like this with fairly basic IT skills?

Podrunner looks good but I'm not looking for music just a plain beep that I can keep pace to
(the problem is I've got no rhythm so I'd have trouble running to the music)
you could buy a metronome from a music shop and record the clack clack clack sound.....
Metronome - I was sure I had heard of a term for one of those gizmos before!
