I think I may have myofascial pain. Over the last 2 months I have suffered low grade pain deep in the buttocks and occasionally down my thighs. This seems to indicate the myofascial pain diagnosis, but what do I do about it? I'm female, 39 and run 5-6 times a week between 20-30miles a week or plus if I'm training for a race. I'm finding the pain is interupting my training and also disturbing me when I'm resting.

or you could do it yourself with a foam roller and a tennis ball,
