Fish Finger Sandwich

Ingredients
4 fish fingers
2 slices fresh white bread, buttered
1/2 tomato sliced
8 thin cucumber slices
2 lettuce leaves, washed and shredded
2 tsp mayonnaise
Japanese soy sauce, to taste
Katsuobushi (dried fish flakes, available from good Oriental supermarkets)
Thai chilli sauce
salt and pepper

Method
1. Grill the fish fingers.
2. Spread the butter and mayonnaise over the bread.
3. Place the salad and fish fingers on to the bread.
4. Sprinkle over the katsuobushi, soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt and pepper, and serve.
