Winter Cycling

I've seen a steady improvement in my cycling over the last couple of month and dont want to stop/go backwards over the coming winter

I was thinking of Trying

Weekend Long Ride 2-5hrs
2 x 30mins recovery turbo session
1 x 90 min zone 1 turbo session (with short strength sprints)

What do you think?
What do you do?
