hi there
new to this forum and site, is there anyone out there who will be willing to help, guide, accompany me for training for LM 09
just done great eastern in 2.11 and my legs kill so i know there is a long way ahead
if there is anyone out there in a similar position to me it would be great to hear from you
also any training advice will be warmly welcomed

nearest club is corby or pboro and i struggle with work commitments with certain days. if i arrange something with someone i can stick to it as i know my schedule for that week
