great to see bobo, PSC, paul a and Mrs a (and not necessarily in that order) beside the sea today . . very well done the three of you that ran and very well done the one that didn't for finding us on the Prom

work has been simply s*** probably didn't help that I had such a good time yesterday, normality was a bigger bump than usual.

- 24 /26 miles of chatter and laughter, lost my companions just before the shingle, felt really guilty but too cold, so plodded home alone.
Rich (Fetch point) was a very welcome sight!

Normality will soon be a bigger bump than usual for my friend Liz who just found out she is to a grandmother in the summer at the ripe old age of 36. Heavens!
Just got back from a bacon butty and tour of the dog house with a slightly below par Snappy.
Went to a "Friends of the Local Park" carol singing and mince pies extravaganza last night where we sang "Away in a Manager". Reminded me of the old Sun Alliance christmas parties...............
I can't wait to read the response to that one! Ho ho
