Yes all great here thanks. N working hard ( some one has to pay the bills ). Kids both at secondary school and growing up too fast.
Tell F i still have the picture of her orc face. Reading seems so long ago.
I forgot my password and login number and also have changed my e mail so logged in again and just added the 100.
Well done on your 5 miles OB and i are running Stafford half in march i am trying to encourage him to run again. . Last time i saw him was in Oct when i was collecting in Wolverhampton. Also went to his .... birthday party in the summer.
I am so impressed with the way you turned a potentially traumatic situation, your redundency, into such a fantastic array of possibilites SW.
From what I have read LL you seem to have permanently ill children. I have ones who seem to constantly injure themselves, one badly sprained wrist today and another with a sore toe!
Good to read you are potentially on for sub 3 at london Paul. Will you have to stop running marathons once you crack it?
No plans to retire just yet Hoover, not really targeting a sub 3 at FLM but training feels like it is going well and I only (only!) have to find just over 2 mins to under 3 hours. Hopefully the revised start procedures for the better GFAers will stop the hold up like the nightmare that was the start last year. Fast, flat Amsterdam later in the year is probably a better chance but you never know.
I have learned how to run with Mrs S. The answer is speedwork. Well, speed is perhaps not the ight word in my case. Reps, then. Yesterday we did 13 x 400 metres in the woods. We were meant to do 12 but you know how it is when you get old. Well, no, you don't know. But you will. She likes that. It breaks the monotony. So we did 7 miles in total and i didn't get cross with her for lagging farther and farther behind as I am prone to do

Draycote 35 next month and then FLM in April are next on the schedule.
Hi LL how are you . Well i hope .
How are the children , bet they are growing up fast.
Ta Seaweed
C is nearly as tall as me. F is at big school and still pulls Orc faces but not as well since the brace fixed her underbite. E and J are both well.
How are N,L & B?
Why have you changed your name? Have you seen OB at all lately. I believe he is running again.
I've done 5 miles today and got back all covered in mud.

Morning all. The good thing about Bella (this is not a long list) is that she forces us out to run even when the weather is like it is today
Woof!
Morning all. I seem to be talking to myself
Little Lady is off school poorly again and is in bed eating toast.
