evening CPH... had fun yesterday... Cycled 26 miles to Thanet and then ran the Thanet 20, and then cycled 10 miles back to an RV with Bobo to get home! Might explain why my legs ache tonight! very happy with my 3 hour 20 mile time though! Didn't dream much last night. Slept like the dead.
I have no intentions regard the 100 Club - ran number 15 last Sunday; Steyner Stinger - challenging but beautiful course (in my opinion much better then Beachy) - true to form I failed to stay on my feet and am sporting a nasty hole in my right hand and the knees & elbows of a 7yr old St Johns ambulance were terrific I fell @10 miles and they came over the horizon in a 4x4 at @12 miles - couldn't ask for better service - I tried summonsing up an ice-cream van later but failed! Small memento at the finish coz everyone got a full cooked breakfast
Still 83 to go (!) - but after this year I am going to aim for a marathon/ultra per month to ensure that I get 100 notched up by the time I'm V50. Hopefully get another 6 or so done this year too. More emphasis on quantity rather than quality I think, except maybe for the odd targeted race.
I am going to the Richmond parkrun on Saturday 21 March. Staying at Eileen's. I am wondering if it'd be quicker to run over to the start rather than get public transport from Wimbledon Park! Trouble is, I'll have all my clobber.
I am going to see how they do things at Richmond parkrun, that's why Also to see if Kittenheels Kath is there so I can take her scampi (having failed miserably at Abingdon last year)
take your time Hoover - the way the world is at the moment the offer can only improve! Given time you might get Paul a AND two 21 year olds!!! Just ignore the optimistic sales pitch above!!

Happy Birthday Paul a
Well done at the weekend too, although you obviously weren`t trying hard enough if you only came 9th.....
Bit shocked at how fast PSC is getting I must say. Amazing what happens if you actually train!!!!
no wonder he sounds like a steam train in his sleep - he's trying to run at 3hr pace
Happy B'day - 42 is an excellent age
LOL... don't ease off the training though Paul... the GFA bracket we are in is huge. 3:15 until we chaps are 59! eek.
now Doctor, about these recurring nightmares I have been having..........
Hoover, would you rather have paul a or two 21 year olds?

I applied for a job but I just found out I didn't get it.
However, I am pleased to report that I won a bridge table in a caption competition.
I popped in to say hi and grope your arse while Lord L is'nt here
Shame on Job, but at least you got something to put your tea and sandwiches on now
are you sorry you didn't get it?

I am struggling to close the trophy cabinet.
yes, I'm sorry I didn't get it.
Why Richmond Snappy? I'll probably be working otherwise I'd join you.
LL x
you may borrow my shoulder for a sniffle then

Good Lord! I suppose you'll have to catch her first.
I am unwell and plan to devote the day to study and solitude as opposed to playing an OPL tennis match as originally planned.
<exitLL back to bed>
My attempts to rest are proving unsuccessful.
At least I have antibiotics to aid me in the fight.
I`m still trying to choose between paul a or two 21 year olds. It is a difficult call, careful consideration must be given to both possibilities...
Both LL and Hoover must be close to that bracket.
45700!
