Swiss - is the URWFRC website working?

SB - I have tried getting onto the URWFRC site a few days in a row and just keep getting a yellow page saying "Welcome to the website...." but it doesn't have any of the other tabs to click on etc. so I can't navigate away from the front page - is it just me or is there a problem?
