New shoes causing lower back pain

Hi , I recently bought some new shoes
Previously I ran in NB 730 which are neutral and lightwieght

I replaced them with NB 764's because I needed more cushioning and a little more support

I have run about 20 miles in them so far , but last run I experienced lower back pain

So for SLowboy or Annajo or any other medical / shoe experts out there

HELP

I'm hoping its just down to bad posture at work BTW

  • did you get your running gait checked out, to make sure you can run ok in support trainers?

20 miles-it would be a bit soon for any problem with the trainers to manifest itself, but not impossible. but like you say, it might be unrelated to the trainers.
  • Flatten and soft shoes are perfect for back support when you run.
