went plodding at 7.30 this morning - just me and a couple of other runners in the park, did 4.5 miles buggered up my stopwatch though so no idea how long it took me! never mind.
Nowt wrong with earlies, I loved them in Glasgow. Up at 4:30 and out for 6. Can't do it anymore due to early morning stiffness. But when Dan's away I may sneak a couple in......

yawn
Feeder are fab

had a little weep
now on with the day
and packing ready to drive home
xxx
Sometimes all the pent-up stuff just needs to come out and crying is the best way. And it's less illegal than burning uni R to the ground.

hmmm
if slightly less satisfying

plodded P5 W2 x 5 - 2.5 miles covered
I'm doing a sort of modified fast-track beginner's schedule until I get up to 30 mins plodded
stamina obviously an issue but I'm not afraid of my foot any more
Nice one Yeo
Sounds like a good idea for building up again.

parkrun family??/ants/rubber tree?? (looks confused)....
only up early as the council wormen started work outside our front door at 7 - on a sunday!!!!
Mrs W.
parkruns I think refer to saturday morning 5k races in parks in That London - and I think some other places now
and for some reason Flr brought up the lyrics of High Hopes - cos of a tv prog?
Next time your found, with your chin on the ground
There a lot to be learned, so look around
Just what makes that little old ant
Think he’ll move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant, can’t
Move a rubber tree plant
But he’s got high hopes, he’s got high hopes
He’s got high apple pie, in the sky hopes
So any time your gettin’ low
’stead of lettin’ go
Just remember that ant
Oops there goes another rubber tree plant
When troubles call, and your back’s to the wall
There a lot to be learned, that wall could fall
Once there was a silly old ram
Thought he’d punch a hole in a dam
No one could make that ram, scram
He kept buttin’ that dam
’cause he had high hopes, he had high hopes
He had high apple pie, in the sky hopes
So any time your feelin’ bad
’stead of feelin’ sad
Just remember that ram
Oops there goes a billion kilowatt dam
All problems just a toy balloon
They’ll be bursted soon
They’re just bound to go pop
Oops there goes another problem kerplop
I'll drink to that!
well I won't, but you know what I mean
Brighton, Basingstoke, Cardiff, Stockport, Manchester, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Great Yarmouth, Glasgow...
And Snapstinget has started one in Denmark
