Who ya lookin forward to hearing?
Personally can't wait to see a bit of the Specials tonight (I going to see them in Cardiff in Nov ) & hopefully the BBC will also cover a bit of Ray Davies acoustic set this evening.
The Doves should also be worth a bit of air time.

Glad I am not going
Again
No doubt there will be the obligatory journo pics of smiling mud-caked teens and girl in vest on boyfriend's shoulders
Haha
Blur, can they recreate the Britpop magic or are they just too old now?
you can't go back
Some things get better with age Shimmy
Blur were always pretty shite to be fair.
Oi BRT, they were the voice of a generation
Who else is there this year?
Bruce should be good. I heard him when he was at Crystal Palace a few years back. I used to live just next to the Park, great acoustics
Shimmy I concede Blur were pretty good.
Springsteen was everything you would expect.
Personal fav's from the weekend,
Specials
Kasabian
Fleet Foxes
Pendulum
Madness
Seemed to be a much better line than last year.
When will the BBC get their coverage to a decent level?
How difficult can it be to cover the full days line up on each stage via the interactive button?????
Why thank you BRT
Pendulum are brilliant. Saw them at Reading last year.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs rocked big style altho' trashing guitars is soooo 20th century imo
Prodigy: genuinely manic & scary on top
Blur - masterful tour through the hits. Anyone think Coxon looked less than engaged at times?
Crosby, Stills & Nash - now that was the sound of a generation
God Jo 'EVERYTHING IS BRILLIANT' Whiley......showing that the best way to say 'I told you about them first' is to say that every band is brilliant, then you won't go wrong.
Still peeved I didn't go in 1994 when I had the chance..could have seen a fledgling Oasis too and would probably have been quite an 'old school....ish' Glasto experience, it seems a bit posh and coprorate now, the media seem to be obsessed with it these days..come on it's just a festival!!
That said, watched Blur, the band I 'grew up with' last night. I suppose everyone has that band where big parts of their lives can be revisited as soon as you hear a certain track. Made me feel a bit misty eyed in places!!! (soppy sod)
(I'm biased too as Alex James went to my school in Bournemouth....)
