Somehere on the net I saw Coque au Vin or Boeuf Bourgignon mentioned as suitable recipes in his memory. What recipe would you suggest to honour him?
On the BBC food website one can look up by cook and/or show. He seems to have no vegetarian main courses, which is one of my personal criteria, but here's a nice-sounding one: Floyd's stilton and cauliflower soup. That's my nomination
What's your choice? It doesn't have to be one of his, but it would be nice.

How about pickled livers?
Really, anything as long as it has plenty of wine in it and a side order of wine would be fine.
RIP Keith.
I'm hungry now...
bit too early for a drink though
Well you could claim to be experimenting with a Swedish recipe for Christmass glögg made with loads of red wine and brandy and have a drop of that!
I wonder if that actually works? Nice recipe anyway!
BTW I tried the cauli and blue cheese soup this evening. Rather nice, actually, and a good way of getting rid of blue cheese a bit past it. Still working through some Argentinian wine Couldn't bring myself to souse any fish.
