lower leg pain

I went on a 11 mile run on sunday like i do every weekend. On my right lower leg on the right hand side i get a sharp pain. It doesn't hurt when i walk on it just when i run on it. Does anyone know what i've done to it ?

Does it feel muscular or does the bone hurt when you tap it?
Which bone exactly and define tap it?
It feels like its more my ligament
