Hello,
How do you relax, what is your untimate wind down? ( not going for a run thought, i mean after)
All tips welcome.
A long soak in a bubble bath, followed by snuggled up on the couch in my pjs & fluffy slippers with a glass of wine in one hand and a bar of chocolate in the other.... blisssssssss...

I find baths really boring. All I do when I lie there is think about whether I've been here long enough now and can get out.
I hate them.
Only have one rarely when I think it might relax me but I always end up with the same result.

I do find that after training I'm more inclined to have a beer than hot bath, even though I know hot bath and hot chocolate would be better for me!!!

Tonight I'll be having a cuddle with my wee girl, getting her off to bed, then a hot cup of tea and a choccie biscuit.
Reading in bed until I fall asleep used to be a good one, but since I've become a mummy, I manage about a page and a half before I nod off.
