Ricky - very interesting points you make. Personally I am now also trying the ancient Greek method of running naked covered in olive oil. Sure fire way to go faster. Have you tried it?

His expertise is second to none, although, again like yourself, he does not boast of his own achievements.
Pottery in motion lol yeah you could say that. For a static image they do insinuate movement fantasticaly well. Ill have to dig some more out (not literaly ).
