Feel better Beetle and look after yourself! I've not put anything on here since 27th but I've been busy running and gyming. I had a fitness assessment today too and I think the Jan sit-ups and planks helped boost my total sit-ups in 2 mins from 75 (December assessment total) to 100 in 2 mins. Result!
Due to a slight head-cold I decided to concentrate on my running in the last few days and not do any more bouncing up and down in the living room, so I haven't quite made the totals. None the less this month and last month seem to have done me loads of good, so these challenges are a great idea.
Do you 2 agree with Goldbeetle's suggestions earlier in the thread? If you do, I'll start a post called February Challenge. How many of each? I'd be happy to do 100 bicycles (left then right counting as 1). What do you reckon on those fly press-ups? 50?
