C'mon Everybody - February Challenge

Hope you're all ready for a new set of challenge exercises for February 2010.  After careful deliberation, this is what we've come up with for the 28-day month.

Bicycle Crunches - 100 per day (left then right counts as 1) - total of 2,500

Press-Ups with Side Rotations - 50 per day - total of 1,400
