I am considering the New Forest marathon in September. I ran the half in 1:41 and 10k's in about 47mins.
I run twice a week regularly and put in the odd extra 8-10 mile when i have chance. I also cycle 5 days a week on a 13 mile round trip. So apart from upping the miles to 15-20 mile sessions is there anything else i should know?
Who here by the way has the the NFM?

done NF mara twice and its a good course, a few gentle undulations but nothing sinister.
If you want to get round, then obviously you'll have to up the miles - a few 18-20s should be ok.
