I know this is a gear question really,- but I'd like opinions on camelbaks from dual runner/cyclists.
I run and/or cycle to work most days, and am looking for a new pack.- From what I can see, the TransAlp is the right sort of size pack for carrying spare clothes to work.- Trouble is, the going rate for them is about 120 pounds.
Are camelbaks really worth the extra?
or can anyone recommend another make suitable for running and cycling?
Thanks
Lindy.

save a bit of money like that...
It (£30ish) and a platy bladder (£15ish) probably still cheaper than camelbak.

Im well chuffed with it. Oh I got it from Sweatshop by the way.

I'll keep looking for something less expensive than a camelback ;-)
I use the camelbak bladder (surely there is a better name! reservoir??), which apart from the cleaning difficulties, is ace.
I bought a camelbak Rogue (£40), which i have found is really good for running, but cycling its not that great - either its too small for what you need to carry (wet weather stuff, maps, food) or you don't need it at all.
