Motivation ?

Hiya , anyone got any good tips for motivation ? Been loving my first year of triathlon but for some reason , which I have no idea why , I just seem to have lost motivation the last few weeks ? I love the training and I know it makes you feel great when you've been out and done a session , but I just seem to be finding any excuse to not be able to get out and do a bit ? I know you will all probably just say I need to just get off my backside and do a bit ! But just wondered if anybody has experienced this and how they sorted it ? Also in the last 2 months I started training on my own because my training partner has been mad busy with his family so I don't know if this has had anything to do with it but as I said , I do actually love the sport so this setback is driving me nuts !
