Hi all,

 Someone I know is thinking of entering this race but is concerened to knbow that it is genuine before he sends off the money.

 Has anyone heard of this race before?

 It is as simple as that.

    I have no knowledge of this myself, but a quick google threw up quite a few mentions of it, including this. Does your friend have any specific cause for concern?

    Me and OH did this last year.  He did the full marathon and I did the half and loved it.  My race report is on that link that Slugsta kindly dug out.  I'd say do it - but you can pay and enter on the day.  Enjoy. image

    Edit - that should read pay and enter on the registration day which is the day before the race. ( But email them first to check before going all the way out there!)

    Thanks guys....he is looking ath doing the Pharaonic 100k. The thing is he is an Arab and most Gulf Arabs don't trust the Egyptians so if it's legit then that's fine. Thanks for your help.
