Are you training hard for a full marathon for early next year?
If you are aiming to break one of these times for your run (see below) I would love to possibly include you in a really interesting feature for Runner’s World magazine. In a nutshell, it would involve me talking to you about your current training and your goals. We will then get a top and experienced marathon coach to give you some pointers. It would involve a phone interview with me and one of the fantastic photographers the magazine use will do some lovely photos of you. And as well as that, you will get some FREE, personal advice to make you a better runner.Ideally you need to have run at least one marathon before but alternatively, you can be a seasoned marathon runner who is still focussed on breaking a set target. I am looking for runners who are looking to break 3hours, 3:30 hours. 4 hours, 4:30 hours and 5 hours.
If that sounds like you, please do email me at adrian@montimedia.co.uk

Freelance journalist looking to write an article for RW?
Hi Little Ninja
Not sure I understand what you mean, but no, no companreis involved here. it is just a shout out for fellow runners who want some help and tips and to be in RW. I am one of their regular freeelance writers and we find that our readers really like being in the magazine too.
All the best

LB - perhaps no commercial backing/free shoes etc. Not necessarily a bad thing
That's right Podro- I'm just one of their pool of writers that helps put the magazine together. It really is what is says on the can- you get free advice and I write an article. Take a look at the issue out this month- Running Through the Ages- to see how good they look with excellent photos they do.
All the best

You lot are so cynical...
Can you put this on the back burner for a year adrian, I'm not doing another marathon until 2012?? Thanks muchly.
Caz (who looks fabulous dahling in lycra.)
Didn't say I looked good naked Dave... the lycra holds everything in place.
Am the only one who would love to do this!!
As long as I could airbrushed and retouched in the mag!!
I take it after the success of the previous two years they have now decided to abandon the supersix feature with something a bit more low key................
So if it all goes tits up then RW will be able to disassociate themselves
Can you be training for other things as well as a marathon to get the advice.............As well as marathon training my training will have to incoperate Ironman training and ultra training..........would this make me unsuitable
And appear on the front cover, hovering 6" above the ground, perfectly made up, not a hair (long and blonde) out of place, manicured, pedicured and eyebrow-waxed to perfection, wearing only the skimpiest of tops and bottoms in coordinating colours and style.
