Paris or Rome for spectators
Hi. Has anyone done both and have a view on which is the best marathon from a spectators' point of view?
I'm trying to sell the idea of a spring marathon abroad as a fun city break (with the minor detail of a marathon) to my OH.
OH will have to cope with pushing the baby around a foreign city, in the hope of catching a glimpse of my sweaty self... Any tips or suggestions appreciated! Cheers.

Rome starts and finishes in roughly the same place, near the Colosseum, so your wife could watch you start and finish without having to hike all around the city.
Or you could just let her choose which city she would rather have a weekend break in - they are both good marathons.
