Didn't get home until gone 7p.m. because of a hold up on the link road from Cardiff By the time I'd changed, run, showered I wasn't having tea until 9p.m. and I got a soaking.
Brynster with all these speed sessions we'll be calling you Haille. What intervals did you run?
BP Team - don't mind really, why not PTH though? But if BP are sponsoring the team and paying appearance money I'm definitely fully supportive of the idea.
Good session tonight with FL, were did NSTs loop of skewen and neath.
Another speed session tomorrow, i was planning on doing 90 secs hard with FF, but reaslised that im swimming in the national pool with sam at 6, so will do it after work instead. Off to see peter kay on thurs and then southend on sea fri and coming back on sat evening

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your e-mail and look forward to your participation. In the team category there has to be a minimum of three participants and it is the total time of all the team runners then averaged by the number of runners that go to finding the winning team. Team runners will not be eligible for any other prizes. CARL. From: andrew reynolds [mailto:freethedishwasher@gmail.com] Sent: 16 November 2010 19:15 To: Carl Williams Subject: Team Entry
Hello,
Myself and a few other runners from Port Talbot Harriers plan on running as a Business Team this year under Fulcher's Fine Window Furnishing. Can I confirm if this is possible?
That's the same as last year mate. If you enter that then if one of you win a position place you cant claim it! Its a very strange setup. Best we just do the same as last time and sign in individually.
FM, yes he was still a bit chesty so I kicked him when he was down Take no prisoners He was with me for 5mile.
No wind, it was a good day.
Not sure about Charles, he is having a few bad days in the office at the moment. But he said he is going to get it back together soon.
Yes it was great fun and a very good club turnout. Except for this hamstring! It went at mile 8 and instead of slowing down I pushed on and sprinted the finish to beat the lad that beat me in the hilly4.
Bryn - You had me beat, wouldn't have been fair to have taken advantage of your extended tour of the woods. I've lost my way in a couple of races, the worst one was one of those Endurance Marathons last year - I followed someone 1 1/2 miles the wrong way and then had to double back......I did about 28 miles in the end....a bit depressing at the time.
I think I need to sharpen up, you've got the edge on me in the last couple of races.......
I feel OK, not sure what would happen if I tried a long pacey run....I went for a run earlier but fairly easy pace. Will try some intervals tomorrow....glad to hear you and NST are also human and feeling tired after yesterday.
