I'm getting dehydrated. Every 5 miles I need to stop to 'release the pressure'
Anyone else finding that their bladder controls have been adjusted by this recent turn in the weather?
getting dehydrated?
So its colder....you will most likely sweat less, therefore need to consume less fluid. If you dont, then it's simple maths isnt it.
yep same here, i always pee more in the cold but until FB explained it i didnt know why.
FB i am forever in your debt
I had to go 3 times the other night Keir, just as well it was dark and in a Park.I felt like a dog as I used the same tree on all 3 times!
Don't let B&B know you have a weak bladder - he'll only take the piss.
I'll get my coat…

it's your body's way of controlling your hydration status when you can't sweat so much - no sweat, so pee more.
