Blister Prevention tips ?

Hi,

Does anyone have any great tips for hardening up the skin on my feet to prevent blisters ?

    Nit sure about hardening the skin but I would wear good fitting trainers and invest in some 1000mile type socks if you are having problems. Otherwise you could try a smear of vaseline or a blister plaster if you know where the prone areas are?
