its 4am in dubai getting ready to go out and have me some fun...and by chance stopped at RW site and saw this link.
there is no way i would have started going after any of this, including the english channel if it wasnt for the positive support and challenge I get from the PSOF - i wear my pirates buff and tshirt with pride.
as for my 7 ironman 2011 personal challenge - like most things in life, it comes down to this simple thought:

Good luck is about all I can manage whilst I get my head around what you're going to do....
ironsnorks - i live in the marina area so 20 minute drive to ghantoot .. but i like to train the exit right after ghantoot.
i do not like to ride in the friday group ... i rode twice and both times there was a serious crash and both times someone broke a bone.
i had a 4 hr ride this morning which i did .. on perfect roads and i saw less than 10 cars the entire 4 hours. in dubai, its not too hot yet, but getting there ... i will move back to france and train there end of may.
my training is buidling up and i am focused on making this happen.

I ride there at longtoot on a friday morning - im with t2a metters and co. ive onle ever been on two wolfies rides, lots of penis measuring i thought, hence some of the crashes!
i live in jlt, have been for about a year now, love it. Mate if you ever need any help, however small just shout i'm always around. I'd love to help out awesome what youre doing mate
