Wow, is it a year already?
After a decent 12 week's training I'll be toeing the line again and looking for a good performance. Basically ran a solo time trial 19:31 5000m at an SUS meet 3 weeks ago and I have the Duncect 5k on Sunday which should give me a good idea as to what kind of fitness levels I'm at.
Anyone else?

I would think so - not sure as yet what I'm doing - half or 10k.
