antone know whether the race for life 10k events have water stations along the route? I am having trouble finding the info on their website and don't really want to ring the helpline as there is a cost involved

If they are licensed by UKA then they must have at least one water station at half way

I've done a couple in the past & really can't remember either way. I never normally take a drink on a 10k so never take any notice of them.

the ones I have done had a water station but if you're worried and need a drink then take a bottle with you just in case.
