The Austrian leg of the ITU series will be on the BBC red button from 1.25pm today I am told.
It should be a good one, especially to see how Macca gets on with the fast boys, whether the Brownlees can make it another 1-2, who of the rest of the Brits is up for it (come on the Don!)
Anyway, I hope to be watching, thought I'd share the love!

Just Ali out of the Brownlees racing today, Jonny, Gomez & Frodo are having a week off.
Jobs to do today so maybe an hour and a half on the turbo this afternoon could be the plan
Watched it all.
Brownlee had a 30sec lead off the bike and finished 45-ish seconds ahead from 2nd place and more space to 3rd.
Ali was cruising the run (although his cruise isn't hanging around). Never looked in any bother.
Weather was pretty bad, metal railings got blown over onto course (with the help of some big flags) and nearly took 4th-6th out of the race.
Macca was slow in the swim, and then it was hard work to catch the pack up on the bike when on his own.
Who do you think?! Ali B all the way!
Your hero Macca was a minute + down on the swim, then pulled out 3 mins down on the bike!
Does anyone else think Macca's playing a game? I see a wild card with his name on it for Kona.
Ended up getting it on the TV in the garage! I watched it, sitting on my turbo, balancing a pizza on a plate and a diet coke!!
Did look online, didn't see it immediately! Clearly should have looked harder!
I think Macca is serious about getting to the Olympics, today he must have realised just how hard / unlikely it will be though. Brownlee is quicker in every discipline than Macca was when he was doing ITU all those years ago. Can't see Macca being able to be quicker than he was 10 years ago.
And it was a pizza express pizza!
We have certain standards in Surrey, doncha know!
