Kidney Stones

I have recently been told that I have a 4mm kidney stone after suffering severe pain one night. I am not having much discomfort at the minute.
Has anyone got any advice on flushing it out. I'm drinking loads of water but no success yet.
Can I keep running?

I'd suggest that you ask the doctor who diagnosed the kidney stone?
Yes it is 4mm. I understand that they can be a lot bigger and 4mm is not considered large.
Hi, I hope it clears soon for you, my Dad had these a few years back but once they were he was like a new man, they are known to be dreadfully painful.
