^^ the primark tech t's are pretty good. and tk maxx have a new range in from CRAFT that are really really nice, some of the nicest tech's ive ever worn,
Primark technical Ts are fine- I have no idea why you'd want / need to pay more. I've worn the Lidl socks 3 times now including a long run and no probs at all. Going to get some more next week :0)
For Goodness Shakes - I paid £1.99 each for a couple of sachets last week, seemed rather pricey but I wanted to give them ago. Bulk online seems to work out at £1.50 each. But I got a few in Tesco yesterday, not the sachets though but the ready made bottles at 2 for £2! I don't know why they are so expensive but a pound a bottle makes them easier to swallow!! And they do seem to help recovery after a hard session.
I might be slightly off topic here, but thought I would share anyway. I've been out of action for a few weeks with a hamstring injury and was looking for some comfortable trainers to walk about in whilst I'm recovering. I got some Dunlop trainers online. They are so comfy and have a nice thick sole to cushion my painful walk with my injury and they take me back to my youth....apparently they are back in fashion again!
Bought a 4-pack of 'For Goodness Shake' from Morrisons the other week (Dewsbury Road, Wakefield) & they were £3.30(?), individual bottles were '2 for £2.00'
Also, ASDA had 'Frijj' milkshakes for 50p (again) recently!
Just got a great deal on Brooks Trance 10s at Runnersneed - £80. They also had ASR7s at £51 - couldn't say no to those either! Found the Trances at £70 on Sportsshoes.com but they didn't have my size.
New Balance tech tshirts, vests and 7" shorts in my local TKMaxx. They also had quite a few Ronhill tech tshirts as well but they were mostly medium and large, too big for me.
Thanks for the heads up on the sports pursuit site slowerthan. I'm not looking to get any vibrams at the moment but looks as though there's some good deals to be had.
Lidl has a few sports bras ATM. I got the racer back medium impact one for 4.99, probably not supportive enough for some but absolutely excellent for the smaller boobed amongst us (apologies to blokes- TMI)
I've been looking for a revolting fluorescent top / gilet of some kind, since last year I realised that early morning runs in the murky not-quite-daylight on little lanes with no pavements was somewhat scary. Forgot all about it over the summer, but just today found a yellow floro Brooks gilet on Runners Need for £14.00. reduced from £34.99 so hopefully its not just a big sweatbag!
Can't do a proper linky thing, but I'll paste it here. Hope it helps someone!

If you click on the 10% discount code here it seems to give a code to put in a checkout for 10% off - not tried it myself
Thanks B - that's a great help

Nice - thanks Stephen. I've been searching for a deal on Adrenaline 11s.
Don't suppose anyone has a discount code for Runners Need to make this an even sweeter deal??

Black and Tabby. You could go into 'Poundland' and get a visible vest for a mere £1
