A rare work day in London on Friday and planned to run in and out from the mainline station.
Are there any clever websites (viz Bike Route Toaster) that will show interesting / sensible / quiet routes?
I appreciate I can just look at the map and click, but fear jossling with crowds of commuters if I pick a straight line!

(BTW when asking about showers at the venue I fibbed a bit and said I would be cycling in as thought the receptionist might think I was a bit nuts if I said I was running in... Why so shy?!!)

Well that was fun!
Nice trot along the South Bank from Waterloo, via Millenium bridge to cheapside, then cheapside up to Euston via Guildford Street and Russell Square. Euston trip more busy than the first bit, but all very run-able.
Definitely better than the tube!
