  Sweatshop have a running group every Wednesday evening at 6:40pm.
  
  Trent Park Running Club and Barnet & District Athletic Club are both very good clubs. Google them and you'll find all the info you need regarding where and when.

  Are Shaftesbury Harriers still up that way? I was a member when I was a kid. Good coaching infrastructure at the time (1970s 80s - things may have changed!)
