After running 45 mins My toes and the balls of my feet get burning hot. I have seen a Podiatrist and have had a pair of leather orthosis made. They have made a 20% difference but that is all. I've been told to soak my feet in cold water 10 mins before a run and 10 mins after a run as my blood vessels rise to the top of my feet and this is why they burn.I can only run for 45 mins and would like to run longer. At the moment I am wearing Mizuno
Conviction 2001 and they are now worn out. I am thinking of buying Asics 2070.
I overpronate slightly. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

It might also be worth checking out the Adidas Climacool range of shoes which supposedly have very good ventilation. I'm not sure if there is a pronation stability model though.
