What trainers ?

Hi fellow runners i need some help !!!

Sadly i,ve recently lost my job in these hard times and i,m training for a half and full marathon!!..As it is times are really hard now as with the mortgage and all the bills i,m finding it hard to be able to find enough money to buy proper shoes. So could you give please help me and give me some advive on some basic shoes that will help me .many thanks Ashman... ellesmere port running club

  • I would not be able to recommend a shoe just on the information provided. With the amount of milage you will run for training, you want a high-milage trainer. If you provide me some more information on current trainer, running style, injury history and weight we can narrow it down. Additionally I would recommend getting  gait analysis done, plus many run stores no offer sales on running shoes.
  • Sportsshoes.com has some fantastic offers in their sale at the moment. Around £25 for real basic shoes.
