  Not a Physio, but Nicola does an ace sports massage (0: My Mum lives up that way and i needed a bit of help leading up to the Berlin Mara. I was a bit dubious as its a beauty therapist website.... But soon found out that shes a runner too! I was really struggling with niggles at the time and my legs felt amazing the next day. I wish she was in the south west so I could see her more!
