4 laps with one decent up and one decent down each lap. The up is the first part of the lap so the second part of each lap is the easier part. It is a Beyond the Limitations event, so don't expect much communication before the event, but it will be ok on the day. It is in a very rural setting so the roads are quiet, barring one short stretch on a busier road each lap. It was a very small event when I did it 2 years ago. There is a marathon option as well which swells the overall number of runners on the road, but expect to be quite lonely for most of the time as there are very few runners and not many supporters on the side of the road.
