Stir in some hot chili sauce or dried chilli flakes, Soy sauce and smooth peanut butter. Never tried it with coconut milk to get the full Satay experience.
Don't think I've ever tried any other but Heinz beans. I've now discovered the "snap pots" and they are excellent, hassle free and quick... and perfect for one! Not sure how environmentally friendly they are though as I don't think you can recycle the pots in normal green bin.
