I wonder how many runners realise that the reason the start was badly managed was that the race was not 10k from the start to finish gantry. Hence we cannot get an accurate time from our chips or from the organisers. Yet another badly run race in Cardiff I have to say. Great shame as it is a great event.
I wonder who else has worked this out and wondered why we have no race times on the website.

I couldn't agree more. I was disappointed when I read on the website that all of the times were "gun to chip" meaning I have no accurate time. Not helped by the fact that my watch didn't start and I could only time from the 2K marker. I don't think i'll be doing this one next year.
