Hi,
I'm following the silver training plan on the Comrades website.....where the plan mentions time rather than mileage. For my long runs I have been working on a predicted race day minute per mile plus 30 secs - 1 min and then running for that allotted time, is this right?? Can't seem to register onto the Comrades site to ask?

Hi Fintan. Can't specifically help you with your question regarding to comrades but come across and ask the question in the Comrades 2012 forum where there are loads of more knowlegable people and quicker people than me who should be able to help.
