I was wondering when the best time would be before the VLM to have a 30 minute leg massage? My schedule says I should run 12 miles on Sunday, 4 miles on Tuesday, 3 miles on Wednesday and 2 miles on Saturday the day before the VLM. I was thinking of next Monday or Wednesday. Any thoughts? Thanks.
