Nose strips

I often find it difficult to breate on long distances as my sinuses can block.
Does anyone kow where I can bulk by the nose stris they give out for the marathon, or used by some pro athletes.

I have seen Vicks breathe right strips which are fine but at ove£10 per box of 8 make running a very expensive hobby!

I'm not 100% sure Caspar but I think Boots do them....they are also used for people who snore a lot...I'm not one of them by the way.

Yes Boots sell boxes of 10. I use them on long runs or cycle rides. Shorter runs I tend not to. That way they aren't too expensive.
For a cheap alternative, keep your eyes open at the FLM exhibition where they give them out as free samples!!!!!
