Will I be ok in road shoes? Don`t have any trail/ fell ones.
It sounds like it`s a good spot for the family to come and watch. Is there a playground?

Yes road shoes are fine I ran in them last year although if there is a lot of rain it will get muddy. There is no play ground but there is a pond near by where the kids can feed the ducks. Tickhill is a lovely village and it's a nice spcial run, you will enjoy it.
