A new beginning...

This morning I woke up at 5.30am, pretty lively and alert and decided to take the plunge and go out running on the streets! I did my session 2 of week 5 of couch to 10k and it felt amazing (seriously). I don't know how fast or how far I managed to cover in the 58min session but I do know; the time flew by, it's so peaceful at that time of the morning, running in the drizzle was lovely rather than the super sweaty gym, and after feeling very self concious and shy for about the first 5 minutes I felt fine and enjoyed it image
