Nothing, but we went to family for christmas. Normally we still have some chocolates left but my OH quit smoking in January so all the chocolates got eaten!
I've still got some vacuum-packed smoked sockeye salmon that my brother brought over from Vancouver. I think I keep thinking I'm gonna save it for some special dinner, but then never get round to opening it. Maybe I'll just have some dead posh sandwiches for lunch one day. It's good for five years apparently.
Weeble: Cook the pud, eat what you want, then chop up the rest and stir it into some rich vanilla ice cream. Pop it back in the freezer, and hey presto! Christmas Pudding ice cream!
I did this trick with some Army rations fruit cake in a tin. It became haute cuisine.
That sounds pretty good, Blisters. Then you could take the Bailey's, mix it with some grenadine and peach schnapps and wash down your festive ice cream with a brain hemorrhage.
We've got a couple of puds - can't remember when we bought the first one but it has a best before date of June 2001! The other we bought a few years back and has a best before of this month - better get that in a steamer this weekend!
The only remnants of last Christmas are about 4lbs of lard around my waist...
There's smoked salmon in the freezer, crackers and a bottle of champagne left here.
I get given a whole side of salmon at a press do each year so I always cop it up and get it out through the year as I'm the only one who eats it and you can have too much of a good thing!
Christmas pud and a ball of some sort of fruit thing wrapped in leaves could be vine leaves. A jar of putty that will never be eaten and some preserves.
I have an unopened bottle of that green mint liqueur from my 21st birthday. i'm not telling you how old that is.

A Fortnum and Mason Christmas pud. It serves 16 and the other one wasn't that nice, so I think it will be maturing for a while.
Plus lavendar chutney.

A bottle of M&S gingerbread cream - sort of like Baileys, but gingery
A mini gluten free Christmas pudding - two in a pack. The first was awful, the second is kept as a grim reminder of the first
Crumble Christmas pudding into melted chocolate, and form into little balls - et voila! Little Christmas pudding chocolate truffles
I think there is still some frozen red cabbage in the freezer...
Bottle of 12 year single malt, we were way too full to drink it
Just a pud here. Like the ice cream and truffle ideas, ta
Some crackers. I finished the chocolates from 2010 last month.
Like others - a pud. Good until next year.
Camillia - " A jar of putty that will never be eaten "???????? Huh?

Bottle of red wine and a few unopened presents for the cat.
Nothing.... we are pigs.....
a huge jar of mincemeat, I never did make those mince pies....
2 packets of bread sauce mix.
...should have added that cat presents were packets of Dreamies so actually qualify under leftover food criteria.
