Today is D day - I have a meeting with the boss at 9.30am today to discuss the outcome of the redundancy.
I should go to bed really but I'm a combination of things - nervous, hungry (despite having eaten shed loads) over tired and I've just completed another job application.
I'll let you know what happens tomorrow, but I sort of just *know* that I'm not going back other than to clear out the remainder of my desk...

Good luck
Thinking of you. It's a horrible process and a foul thing to go through, but I promise you there are jobs out there despite all the economic doom and gloom on the news.
Whatever you feel today, whatever you need to do, don't beat yourself up about it, just go with it and be nice to yourself. All the very best xx
I'm thinking of you. Hope it goes well for you and just like others have said - look on the bright side It's an opportunity.
Fingers crossed - and like Emmy_bug sometimes even the worst turns out to be the biggest opportunity
It's happened to me twice, Both times it has been the best thing that could have happened
Good luck, Duck xx
Thinking of you, (((Duck)))

Had a dream that they gave me my job back, but it was the wrong job...weird one. Feel a bit pukey now, think its nerves kicking in. Best have breakfast.
Good luck - went throug it all 3 years ago and ended up in a far better job in a far better company with far better people than I could have hoped for -
Been there twice so sympathies!
