hi mate , what milage cycling ? where ya like ride on bike ?
To be honest, I've only done about 300 miles on my bike this year and a lot of that was the Cheshire Cat. I've spent more time running, mostly because it fits in better with the limited free time I've got right now.
When I do get out on my bike, I love exploring the roads of the Forest of Bowland and, in particular, trying to reduce my time up this climb, which I've failed to reduce for three years now.
