Looks like some good swims from the guys racing today.
New Shoes @ Frankfurt - 61mins
CARB @ Roth 64min and 10'10" 60mins
10' now at 70k on the bike in 3:04
Hi it's her indoors again - whats the weather like out there. Will he be feeling at home in the race in typical Lancashire weather ?
Me too Rosey - there are a few others over there that I know so it will be good to compared their progress against them.
It's a grand tracker. Very exciting!
Good work Doozer, thats a decent tracker, live pictures on their site too. German engineering and efficiency !
If Savaloy runs a 3:05 then he could break 9hrs, is that possible for him ? I know he has run 2:45 ish flat, but has done 75min 1/2's.
Which Which is also racing. Good luck all.Looks like TC is almost off the bike
Which Witch @ Roth also today - Through 120k on the bike in 5:47
the iPhone app is good.
But I'm concerned that the scuttling one has been stuck at 120km for a long time.
I like the roth tracker - it works
jusrt seeing how my coach is going... not bad 47 min swim and a 5 hr bike....go go lordy!!
do we have bike times for Crab and 10'??
I was thinking that too Jj..........
Did the crabbit cycle round the timing mat at 153K??? He has a bike time now.
looks like he missed a mat?
hope that CRAB hasnt had a mechanical
OC - your Coach is the man mad lordy lord ? he must put you through your paces, with about 5hrs of training every day !
lol. X-post.
TRI was aware of his reputation He does like bike volume but its not bonkers. The run volume is not high, but the consistency has really paid off. I think I averaged 15 - 17 hrs a week leading up to lanza, including my bike / run commute time
I think hes really good
OC - sounds like he went easy on you as you still had to work too ! thats a lot of hours to average, well done. Consistency is key, so they say.
great to see that CRAB had the energy to bunny hop the timing mat and is still in the game.
Off to the 20/20 cricket at the Rose Bowl now, hope the races keep smoking it !
10' bike 5:06
CRAB 5:18
Some webcam footage too.

Although 'kamera4' is providing welcome respite from cleaning my cooker, it's very tedious! Seen Adam and Gary so worthwhile.
